Ingredients
1 box fettuccine pasta
1 pound ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 can tomato paste
Bogopa Plain Salt
Bogopa Ground Black Pepper, to taste
1/2 green pepper
1 medium onion
4 cloves garlic
Cilantro, to taste
Directions
1. Boil a pot of water, about 6-8 cups. Add the fettuccine and cook until done.
2. Season beef.
3. Heat skillet
4. Brown beef in skillet, then drain excess oil.
5. Remove beef.
6. Add onion, pepper, garlic and cilantro and stir-fry for 10 minutes.
7. Add tomato paste.
8. Add beef into skillet.
9. Add tomato sauce and simmer until done.
10. Serve with fettuccine.
