Ingredients
1 beet, shredded
1 carrot, peeled and shredded
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
Bogopa Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Mix everything together and let it marinate in Italian dressing.
2. Add black pepper, to taste.
3. Let sit for up to 24 hours before serving.
